A: Typically clients book us 2-8 months in advance, but we do have the resources to get ready for an event in 4 days if need be. Most charitable events like to modify their sponsorship packages to include some of the new unique sponsorships we bring to an event. We give you the tools to help generate more revenue
A: We've got a loot bag of unique tools that you can use to generate additional revenue. One tool that we typically recommend to our clients is to add a "Leaderboard" sponsorship to the existing package. This sponsorship includes the: scoring sponsorship (a unique sponsorship that recognizes the sponsor on the scorecards and on the big screen during the banquet), raffle sponsorship (big screen raffle - see event enhancement page for a picture), and multimedia/video/photography sponsor. Our LeaderBoard software suite will make sure your sponsors are constantly recognized throughout the banquet. The number of logo impressions they will receive throughout the day will leave them wondering why every event is not a LeaderBoard event!

A: We require a $500 deposit to secure the date and a signed booking agreement. Once that is complete we will need all of your sponsor logos in .eps, .ai, or high quality .jpeg to start working on the production screens.
Q: Is there a minimum order for signage? What are the deadlines for submitting logos? A: Yes, there is a $300 minimum order. All logos must be received 4 business days before the event to give our printer enough time to print and ship.
