GTA LeaderBoard's Event Presentation Package

Our goal is to add value to your event. Value for your participants, value for your sponsors, and value for your organization. Our event services are designed to provide a memorable and entertaining experience for your golfers and sponsors.

FREE FOR 2010 - Basic website that you can use to post tournament information, sponsorship and registration information, pictures, and whatever else is relevant. Use this as a marketing tool if you don't already have a site. ($500 Value)

Pre Tournament

Attend 1-2 committee meetings. Assist and provide ideas. LTS will cover the history of the event, sponsor development opportunities, tournament format, prizes, tee gifts, unique contest or give-a-ways, etc.
We will create a tournament website (if applicable). Use it to post info, registration forms, sponsorship forms, etc

Day of the event

Leaderboard registration services – Thank your golfers and sponsors while we register them. Includes 46” LCD at registration with scrolling tee times and rotating sponsor logos. You can also display scrolling text messages and video.
We will take photos, foursome photos, and video throughout the day
We will display photos, candid video, commericals, sponsor logos and final results on the big screen during the lunch/dinner ceremony. We will also put together a professional presentation to compliment the emcee.
FREE for 2010 - We will give you the option to use our unique raffle software! - watch the video on this page for a visal example. Why pick numbers out of a hat/drum when you can use our innovative software! ($500 value)
Leaderboard Auction System (if applicable) – Our graphic designers will create an astounding presentation to compliment your auctioneer. Helps increase bids! 3 item max
We will score the event using our unique leaderboard software – we will scroll the results on the big screen like a professional event

2-3 employees onsite for the entire day to: setup multimedia equipment, handle registration, capture photos/videos and score the event

Post event

Post pictures and thank you letter on the tournament website
